Policies and Rules


All major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at time of reservation booking and your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your stay. Should you wish to pay with a personal or business check, then it must be received 30 days prior to your arrival. If you prefer to pay cash upon arrival, then a credit card authorization will be used to hold your reservation and then authorization released upon receiving cash payment.

Rack Rate / Published Rates

Published Rates are considered our Best Available Rate and are seasonal.  Room Rates are not guaranteed unless you book online at the offered price at time of booking.  We publish our room rates based on demand due to certain factors (i.e., Holidays, City Sell-Out Events, Balloon Race Weekend, Angels on the Bluff, Conventions and other High Demand Dates are subjected to our Rack Rate Policy, with no exceptions. Please contact the property directly should you have any questions regarding rates during a certain date or season.  You may always choose to book by calling us at 601-442-1002.

Early Check-Ins / Late Arrivals

We are pleased to accommodate your reservation request to the best of our ability. Check-in is 4:00 pm and Check-Out is by 11:00 am on the day of departure. We understand that circumstances may arise where an early or late arrival/departure request is needed. However, if an early or late check-in or departure is requested, a fee of $100.00 per room per request will be valid.

Extra Person / Children Fee

Extra person (including children) fee is $50.00 per night, per person, in addition to your room rate with taxes. Published room rates are for one to two people in a room or suite. Additional charges will apply for an extra person to cover housekeeping, breakfast cost and home usage.  Seasoned rates will not apply during demand times of city sell out weekends, or high demand periods in the area.  Please consult with the property directly should you have any questions.  We do not allow minors to be left unattended at the property.

Pet Fee

We welcome your pet at Glenfield Plantation. A pet fee of $75.00 will apply for the first night stay, and $35.00 for each additional night.  We only allow pets 25 lbs or less. Contact us regarding crate regulations and/or concerns of bording at 601.442.1002.  Due to the age of the antiques and original furnishings, all pets must accompany you when leaving the property unless you have a crate.  Animals are strickly prohibited from roaming through the house and anywhere in the food serving areas due to health regulations and other guest.  All dogs must be with the owner at all times or in a crate.


Cancellations of any nature at Glenfield Plantation Bed and Breakfast Natchez, MS are non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your stay, we will issue a gift certificate to be used for a future arrival date based on the original amount charged and availability.


Glenfield Plantation is 100% non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas outside on the grounds only. Should you smoke in your accommodations, then a $250 cleaning fee will be charged to your folio.

EVENT POLICY: Your event location space will be placed on a courtesy hold for 10 business days, then a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to lock in your event space. Based on your contract and terms, full event payment is due no later than 45 days prior to your event date. A final count of people attending your event will be required 5 days prior to the event.
